Booking, checking into and out of a Library Seat
There is time built into each day where no bookings are allowed, this allows work areas to be ventilated and cleaned. Each seat has a unique number. Use your @student.griffith.ie e-mail address to book and sign in.
- Zone 1: Library PCs: 6 PCs
- Zone 2: Main Room 36 Study Spaces (Main Room)
- Zone 3: Back Room: 6 Study Spaces (Back Room)
Check for available green slots and click on one to book it
You may pick up to three subsequent time slots, but not multiple bookings within the same time slot
Fill in all the required information on the form:
- Name
- Your Official @student.griffith.ie or @griffith.ie email address
- Student number or identify yourself as a staff member
Keep the confirmation email you receive, as this provides a code for checking in, as well as a cancellation link, if needed.
Checking-in to your seat/PC space
IMPORTANT: You must check in when you arrive at the booked space, either by
- using the code in the confirmation email you receive at the booking stage
- or scanning the QR code on the space, which will take you to the check-in page.
- if you do not check in within 30 minutes of the booking start time, the booking is automatically cancelled and the room becomes available again for anyone to book.
ID: Bring your student ID card to present to library staff for confirmation of identification when requested
NOTE: Library Staff can cancel the booking if there has been a breach of the booking Terms & Conditions.
